Generator Skid

A Skid mount is a popular method of distributing and storing machinery and usually-stationary equipment for the military and oil and gas industry on its own or with other units as part of a modular system. The machinery at point of manufacture is permanently mounted in a frame or onto rails or a metal Pallet. The equipment can then be easily secured and transported and used as a unit.

It can also be manufactured to have standard sized holes (called “pockets”) for a forklift truck to slide into to lift it safely.

Skid-mounted for easiest transportation and assembly, with connectorized cables for immediate“Plug and Play” assembly. Easily collapses down for ease of transportation within most transportation dimensions and weight requirements, for trucking, rail or ship.
